  • Packaging: Vacuum-sealed and labeled for peak freshness and ease of use.

Pricing: The listed price is a deposit to secure your order. Final pricing is based on the hanging weight of the beef, minus the deposit.

  • Half (Side): $4.95 per pound hanging weight, averaging 275 lbs. per side. Estimated total: $1,300.

  • Whole (2 Sides): $4.50 per pound hanging weight, with an average of 550 lbs. total. Estimated total: $2,400.

Final invoices are adjusted for the exact weight and collected when your order is ready for pick-up.
