    • Weight: Each steak is approximately 8-12 oz.

    • Thickness: Thin cut for optimal flavor absorption when marinated.

    • Packaging: Individually vacuum-sealed and labeled for freshness and convenience.

Availability Note: Skirt Steak may not be included in every order due to limited availability. If unavailable, the weight is typically added to ground beef.

Pricing: The listed price represents a deposit for ordering a Side (half) or Whole beef. Final pricing is based on the hanging weight, minus your deposit.

  • Half (Side): $4.95 per pound hanging weight (average side: 275 lbs.). Estimated total: $1,300.

  • Whole (2 Sides): $4.50 per pound hanging weight for identical butchering specs (average whole: 550 lbs.). Estimated total: $2,400.

Final payment will be invoiced based on the exact weight and collected upon pick-up in Winchester, VA.
