Perfect for families, meal preppers, or beef enthusiasts, our Whole Beef includes two sides of 100% organic, grass-fed, and grass-finished beef. Each animal is rotationally grazed on lush, organic pastures, ensuring premium taste, nutrition, and sustainability.

  • Weight:

    • A Whole Beef averages 550 lbs. Hanging Weight, yielding approximately 330 lbs. of finished cuts.

    • Choose your preferred size:

      • Small/Medium: Approx. 450–550 lbs. Hanging Weight

      • Medium/Large: Approx. 500–650 lbs. Hanging Weight

  • Packaging: Each cut is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and USDA inspected. Custom butchering is included to meet your preferences for steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts.

  • Pricing: The listed price is a deposit. Final pricing is based on the hanging weight at $4.50 per pound. A discounted rate applies if both sides have identical custom butchering preferences.

  • Estimated Total Price:

    • $2,400 (based on an average Hanging Weight of 550 lbs.)

    • Final payment is invoiced, minus the deposit, and collected when the order is ready for pick-up.

  • Pick-Up Location: All orders are available for pick-up in Winchester, VA.
